During the COVID-19 pandemic, international students in Australia faced immense financial hardship as they were excluded from government support. Many lost their jobs and struggled to afford basic necessities. At the same time, various charities were conducting food drives to provide essential groceries, but there was no centralized platform connecting students in need with these resources. To bridge this gap, I created Support for International Students, a web platform where charities could advertise their food drives, and students could easily find and access these resources. This initiative helped hundreds of students navigate the crisis by ensuring they had access to essential supplies.
